Kaos Solutions Ltd. supplies innovative Smart Phone applications to corporate clients who want to provide their customers with immediate “in-pocket” access to their services at the exact point in time when the requirement for these services occurs. Our clients buy from us because we take them into new, effective and innovative areas of customer engagement. The name “Kaos Solutions” reflects our description of the nature of transactions that our applications will enable. We describe a “Chaotic” transaction as one that is unplanned-for, but which needs to be addressed at once. For example, a sudden need to reserve a hotel room, send some flowers, bet on a horse, change travel bookings, etc. We provide the most convenient, easiest to use, fastest and often the cheapest method of satisfying this need. More to the point, the means to do it will be in the consumer’s pocket: on his phone. End user customers engage with these systems because they are the sort of people who, when they want something booking or organising, they want it done now, so that they can move on to whatever they were doing when the need or impulse struck them.		These services can support leisure or business needs and are accessible at once, from the customer’s pocket, without the need for telephone calls or internet access. The applications are designed to operate with the minimum of operator input: mainly a roller ball or jog wheel and click button, with as few steps as possible and one-handed. Our applications mainly run on Mobile phones but do NOT depend on Internet or WiFi connections. Spontaneity Engine Our client propositions for all markets are developed using our common core technology, the Spontaneity Engine. This engine has 4 main phases: Request, Offer, Accept, Confirm; the result is a firm booking or order. The engine communicates with the server using either Stateful (IP) connections, or Stateless (e.g. SMS) as appropriate. The Spontaneity Engine is written in Java to run on mobile or cellular phones, and the applications can also be delivered as desktop widgets. Want to talk to us?
